My birthday

I am 13!!!!!! F gave me a present, so now I want to get her one, but I missed her birthday. I'm going to get her a late b day prezzie, but I don't know if she has what I want to give her!

Countdown

I'm pretty excited-two days until my birthday. Today we did an ice hand experiment at school. We had to put 500 mls of water in a latex glove and freeze it. Then we had to put an insulator around it. It was funny because Dorkus' inslator was tinfoil and he was really confident hat he had "the best one" and I went up to him and said "doesn't tin foil conduct heat?"

Alice in (a winter) wonderland

Today and yesterday morning was freezing! I couldn't feel my fingers! And there was frost on the lawns we drove past on the way to school and on the school field. Something is up with the weather in Auckland.
Tomorrow at school it is Character day, which means dressing up as a character from a book. I am going as Alice from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. I was going to wear my Korean dress (Ham bok) as are two other girls who went on the Korea/ Japan trip, but I decided that I would have much more fun as Alice, even though I won't look much like her!
